At the time, all proposed R-1 and R-2 lots exceeded the minimum lot requirements for their respective zone and no bonus density was requested. In 2017, a revised plat map was submitted for both Golden Hills 5th and 6th Addition. For the 6th Addition portion, the original number of lot proposed was 25 lots ranging in size from 6,750 SF to 32,077 SF.
