Moscow says terrorists were responsible for attacking two cities in Russia that killed twenty people Sunday evening. The seemingly coordinated attacks also targeted police posts killing multiple police officers, an Orthodox priest and several others. Meanwhile, Russia says the United States is to blame for a missile attack on the resort island of Crimea.
