US, Ukraine sign ”investment’ deal for natural resources

Few details are known about the agreement to form a “reconstruction investment” fund. However, Ukrainian Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko has said Kyiv will retain full ownership of Ukrainian mineral resources.
