I’m from the south but helping a friend with a potential relocation to Vineland find a great place to live. I have checked past posts on City Data but know so little about the area. Washington Township, Pitman have been mentioned. Driving no more than 35 minutes where is the best place? My friend makes about 220K a year if that helps. Thanks for your help!
