Overnight on Tuesday, October 21, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, utilizing targeting data from and authorized by U.S. European Command (EUCOM), carried out a strike using several “Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG” Air-Launched Cruise Missiles against the Bryansk Chemical Plant in Western Russia, which is one of the largest producers of gunpowder, explosives, and rocket fuel components for the Russian Armed Forces. Monday’s strike against Russia, is one of first carried out by Ukraine since authority for supporting such attacks was recently transferred from Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth at the Pentagon to Gen.
