At least 22 Palestinians have been killed in shelling near the Gaza office of Red Cross, the agency says. We hear from William Schomburg, the head of the ICRC delegation in Gaza.

The Eisenhower led a task force in response against Houthi attacks on shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. The carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt will deploy to the region to maintain a presence.
