Hunter Biden Convicted On All Charges. His Legal Problems Are Far From Over

Hunter Biden has been convicted on all charges in his Delaware gun case. The judge has not set a date for sentencing yet, but the President’s son is facing a maximum of 25 years in prison along with hefty fines. Hunter also faces federal tax evasion charges in a trial that is scheduled to begin later this summer, with experts saying that he may take a guilty plea to avoid jail time. Former federal prosecutor, host of Sunday Night in America on FOX and host of The Trey Gowdy Podcast, Trey Gowdy joins the Rundown to share his thoughts on the conviction, why he believes the case was cut-and-dry, and why he expects a pardon to come down from the President for his son Hunter.

The Republican National Convention is nearly a month away, and former President Donald Trump has until then to pick his running mate. His not-so-short list is jam-packed with many familiar faces, even those who were his political rivals not so long ago, like Senators Tim Scott and Marco Rubio, to name a few. FOX News contributor, pollster, and former Trump campaign manager in 2016, Kellyanne Conway, joins the podcast to break down the former President’s possible VP picks, the impact of a running mate, and how she thinks former President Trump should make his decision.

Plus, commentary from FOX News Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett.
